Returns Policy
Returns within 30 Days
Any item brought through The Shop at Cadbury can be returned in its original condition within 30 days of the date you actually received the goods.
Please check goods when they arrive, if the product is faulty or damaged, a full return or exchange is available.
Please note that the product must be un-opened, not used and is in a re-salable condition. (All packaging and tamper resistant seals must be intact.)
Returns will only be accepted on the basis that they are accompanied with the (copy) invoice.
Gift Vouchers cannot be returned. All gift vouchers are non-refundable.
If the item is undamaged, responsibility for cost of postage will remain with the customer.
Returns after 30 days
